I was certain I would get some hate mail for this one. I guess out of everyone read it, those who care about Dodge and Philadelphia either had a sense of humor or just didn't care. The character making a cameo appearance is wearing one of those "waitress" uniforms so popular in Japan. I think the name of the restaurant is Anna Miller's. Karma liked this girl so much that I charged him with the task of naming her. He chose "Rosi". Remarkably, this wasn't the last time I used her.
