This font, made to look like an alien abecedary, was inspired by Mine Yoshizaki's manga "Keroro Gunso", a.k.a. "Sgt. Frog". "Pokopen" is the alien name for planet Earth in this manga.

i want to ask how to place fonts in photoshop
Once you download a font, you need to place in the Fonts folder. If you're using Windows, this can be done by opening My Computer, then going to the C drive, then the WINDOWS folder. The Fonts folder should be in there. You can drag and drop the font file into it, or copy and paste it.
Once this is done, the next time you open Photoshop, it should be available when you use the Text function.
